People carry small cardboard houses across the landscape, following a trajectory that takes them from Brittany (the artist's home) westward: through the hills of Arrée, then along the north coast and across the Atlantic to the Quebec coast before continuing onwards through the « woods » on the northern border between Quebec and Labrador. The journey was imagined as cutting this straight line on the map of the world and thus displacing the « centre of the world ».
